Returns and Exchanges
We Offer Free Returns Within 30 Days Of Your Purchase (for US orders only)

- We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from Electric Picks, but if for any reason you need to initiate a return, we will accept your return within 30 days of arrival. Merchandise should be unworn and in the same condition as when it was received.  (Updated October 2023)

- Please allow 5-7 business days (excluding major US Holidays) for returns to be processed once they have arrived at our location. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
- Custom orders are not eligible for a return. Polishing cloths, sample sale pieces, mystery items/boxes, gift cards, gift boxes, and Earring Backs are final sale.
- If you are returning part of a layering set, you will only be able to exchange that item for a new item. If you would like a refund to your original payment method, all items in a layering set will need to be returned together.
Please note shipping costs and package protection are non-refundable.Â

Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $98 (domestic)
Orders are generally processed within 48-72 business hours. During sales, promotional periods, and launches, it is possible processing may take up to 96 business hours. Order processing only takes place Monday-Friday excluding United States major holidays.
Unless an expedited service is requested, your domestic order should arrive in approximately 2-6 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). We do say estimated delivery because once these packages are in the hands of the carrier, Electric Picks has no control when unforeseen transit/weather delays occur.
Expedited orders must be placed by 12:00pm (EST) in order to be processed within 24 business hours, otherwise they will ship the following business day (up to 48 business hours after the order was placed). Please note that they will not be delivered on Saturdays or Sundays. Expedited service for P.O. Boxes are 3 days.

You'll find a choice of economy or express shipping options at checkout. Express shipments generally take 4-7 business days and economy shipments generally take 10-14 business days (this varies by country). Economy shipping is $14USD and Express is $44USD.
If USPS is selected, please be advised that once your package leaves the United States, we are unable to provide tracking updates for you. We recommend reaching out to your local postal service/office for further updates regarding where your package is located.
We cannot pre-determine customs fees and Electric Picks is not responsible for any duties or fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Electric Picks, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Electric Picks. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

You will be automatically opted in for package protection at check out, by removing this from your order you are taking responsibility for this shipment. When the package is in transit without protection, the carrier and the customer are responsible.
LABL Package Protection claims for stolen/lost packages must be requested within 10 days of when it says it has been delivered to verify that there was a mis-delivery or misplacement of the package. Please note after 10 days we are unable to file a claim on your behalf. In this case, the Shipping Carrier and the Customer assume the responsibility for the package.

Your pre-order confirmation can be viewed using the above link. Pre-orders will not show up in your Electric Picks account until the order has shipped. Once the order has shipped, the order will appear in your account.
Please note pre-order ship dates are estimated and subject to change. If the ship date gets pushed out, you will receive a notification of this change. Pre-orders cannot be edited once they are placed, only cancellations and partial refunds can be made after a pre-order is placed.Â

Pearl Care 101
1. Last on, first off– Always put your pearls on last, after getting dressed, applying perfume, make-up, lotions, and hairspray or hair products. Also, always remove your pearls first before getting undressed.
2. Do not wear your pearls in the pool, bath, sauna, or shower. Pearl jewelry should never be submerged in water.
3. You should remove your pearls before engaging in sports or exercise to avoid exposing your pearls to perspiration or risking the chance they will break.
4. You should remove your pearls before going to bed. Do not sleep in your pearls. The string can become weakened and strained increasing the risk of breaking.
5. Wear your pearls often. Pearls benefit from the moisture from the body so wear them often to keep them looking their best!

You’re able to review any item, but verified purchasers are specified for transparency.
- If my review is not approved, do I still get points?
Yes, reviews made by customers with a loyalty member account who verify an email are eligible for points.Â
- Is there a time limit from when I purchase to when I leave a review? (if i purchased something 2 years ago, can I leave a review now?)
There is no time limit for posting a review, however, any reviews of discontinued items will come off the site once the product is no longer available.
- If I was gifted an item, can I still leave a review?
Yes! Your review will not showcase as a review from a “verified purchaser,” but is still eligible to be posted to the site.
- Can I leave a review for repair and replate items?

- Can you transfer points from one account to another?
Points are associated with the email used to make the purchase. Our Customer Care team is able to transfer points from different accounts if both accounts are associated with the same user. Contact Customer Care if you don’t see the points in your account.
- Can I redeem points in addition to other discounts or offers?
Rewards points redemption cannot be combined with discounts, gifts with purchase, or other qualifying promotions.Â
- Can I use points towards collaboration pieces?
Rewards points can be redeemed to use towards collaboration pieces.
- Do I get points for pre-ordered items?
Points from pre-order purchases will upload to your account once the order is fulfilled and shipped, not at the time of initial purchase.Â
- Do I get points for lifetime guarantee redemptions (replacements, or repairs)?
Lifetime guarantee replacements and repairs do not qualify for points.Â
